Contacting us
Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded directly to Simon’s email address. Contact-form submissions are not saved in the website’s database, but the resulting emails are held by Simon’s email service.
Your name, email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with readers. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up.
Comments
If you leave a comment, WordPress stores your comment, name and email address, together with any website address you provide. WordPress also collects your IP address and browser information to help detect spam.
Approved comments and your display name are public, along with any website link you include. Your email address is not displayed publicly.
We use this information to manage discussions and prevent spam, based on our legitimate interest in running the website. Comments and their associated information are retained while the discussion remains published and there is a continuing reason to keep them. You can contact us to request removal.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored in Mailchimp and used to send JustBeauty updates.
We do this with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter or by emailing us. We keep your subscription details while you remain subscribed and may retain a limited record afterwards to respect your unsubscribe request and document consent.
